Tonight I'm attending Sara Elizabeth's CD release party in Alden. Chris is playing the keyboard in one of the songs, so we came an hour and a half early for a sound check. There is a cute little coffee/cupcake house called Parkside Cupcakes across the street from the concert venue, so I am sitting there. I got a hot chocolate and cupcake, and am reading on Facebook on my phone. I wasn't really expecting this sound check portion of the evening. Weird to have an hour and a half by myself at a coffee house. Especially because this coffee house seems to be attached to a small theatre, and there are lots of people around who seem to be preparing for some sort of show, and no one else is just a customer of the coffee house. Here is the coffee house:
